Tim Resistor used to be known as the hard dance ambassador of Washington, DC. Anyone who ever heard him play knew why — amazing hard to find tracks, impeccable mixing, always. His Psybernetics mix is always brought up when people discuss timeless DC-Baltimore area mixes by local DJs. This mix rarely left my car CD player. Remember that? This mix was no where to be found on the Internet, so I tracked down Tim and he sent me a copy with a tracklisting. The mix is still as good as it was over a decade ago, when people made mixes with vinyl records they bought.
